If your item breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. However, if your item breaks from play or extreme use, we are not held liable.

We offer a 30-day return window on our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in UNUSED condition. This means the item cannot be used in play and the seal must be intact. If there are scuffs or puppy bites it is ineligible for return.
